BEC stands for Basic English Course.It was built on June 15,1977 in Pare Kediri East Java. It was located in Pare Town is a town of Kediri Region.The Director of BEC is Mr. M.Kalend Osen. BEC is the oldest English Course in Pare. Many people of Indonesia have known about it.
